Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Update

Christopher Gabbard – Cyber Security Advisor – Region V, Office of Cybersecurity & Communications,  CISA

Mr. Gabbard is part of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) for Region V (IL, IN, MN, OH & WI).  Based in Minneapolis, he supports the mission of strengthening the security and resiliency of the nation’s critical infrastructure.  Prior to joining CISA, Chris served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Ramsey County.  His previous experience includes as an IT auditor and risk manager with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, ING, and US Bank.  Mr. Gabbard is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), has Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.

Dan Hanson–Senior Vice President, Management Liability and Client Experience, Marsh & McLennan Agency

Dan Hanson is Senior Vice President of Management Liability for Marsh & McLennan’s Upper Midwest Region.  In this role, he leads a team of 22 technical experts who specialize in developing risk management programs, placing insurance, and providing claims advocacy on Cyber, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, and related lines of insurance for Marsh & McLennan Agency clients.
