Speaker Bios
SA Dean Scheidler primarily conducts counter proliferation investigations on the counterintelligence squad in the Minneapolis office of the FBI.
He has been assigned to the Minneapolis office since 1989. He has both a B.A. in history as well as a law degree from the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
SA Shéna Crowe is a Special Agent with the FBI in the Minneapolis Division. She engages academic and business leaders to better understand and counter today’s threats.
Shéna started her career as a Special Agent in the FBI in 2002 in the San Francisco Division. Her work has included counterintelligence, counterterrorism and cyber investigations, with extensive efforts to understand and counter threats to universities and companies. In 2009, she was promoted to a Supervisory Special Agent at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC, where she worked on the Executive Staff for the Executive Assistant Director of the National Security Branch. Shéna and her family took the opportunity to move to Minneapolis in 2011.
